Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Reservation Policy All appointments require full payment at the time of booking. Once your form is submitted, your reservation will be personally confirmed via WhatsApp. Location must be provided accurately (home, Airbnb, hotel, villa). Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will be fully credited to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or “no-shows,” are non-refundable due to preparation, materials, and travel time involved. Changes of location on the same day are not guaranteed. If Dra Drip needs to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or medical criteria, you will be offered a new appointment without penalty. Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable once the confirmation is sent via WhatsApp. Exception: If during Health Screening we identify a medical contraindication (liver, kidney, cardiac conditions, severe inflammation, medication conflict, or pregnancy), you may receive: a) a full refund, or b) credit toward a different Dra Drip service. Drip Series, Aura Protocol, and multi-session packages are non-refundable, but can be transferred one time to another person if approved. Unused sessions expire 12 months after purchase.
