Reservation Policy
All appointments require full payment at the time of booking.
Drips: Once we review your form and approve it, we’ll send you a booking-confirmation email with a payment link. Your booking becomes official after you complete the payment, and we’ll follow up by email or WhatsApp.
Drip Series: If you answer “Yes” to any health screening question, you must contact Dra Drip for approval before purchasing your drip series. After purchasing your Serie, our team will personally contact you to schedule the dates and times for your IV drips.
Location must be provided accurately (home, Airbnb, hotel, villa). Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will be fully credited to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or “no-shows,” are non-refundable due to preparation, materials, and travel time involved. Changes of location on the same day are not guaranteed. If Dra Drip needs to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or medical criteria, you will be offered a new appointment without penalty.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once the confirmation is sent via WhatsApp or email.
Exception: If during Health Screening we identify a medical contraindication (liver, kidney, cardiac conditions, severe inflammation, medication conflict, or pregnancy), you may receive:
a) a full refund, or
b) credit toward a different Dra Drip service.
Drip Series, Aura Protocol, and multi-session packages are non-refundable, but can be transferred one time to another person if approved.
Unused sessions expire 12 months after purchase.
Agreement
By checking the boxes in the booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
